AN ACT TO REPEAL THE JUDICIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Judicial Services Commission (Repeal) Act 2010.

2 The Judicial Services Commission Act 2006 is hereby repealed.

Passed in the Legislative Assembly this 15th day of July 2010.
