LICENCES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1995

AN ACT

TO AMEND THE LICENCES ACT

[13th September, 1995.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Licences (Amendment) Act 1995.

(2) The Licences Act (Cap. 47) as amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

2. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by –

(i) deleting the figure "$40" and substituting "$1000";
(ii) deleting the figure "3" and substituting "6",
