LICENCES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1998

AN ACT

TO AMEND THE LICENCES ACT

[16th October, 1998.]

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Licences (Amendment) Act 1998.

(2) The Licences Act (Cap. 47), as amended, is in this Act referred as the Principal Act.

2. Section 22(2) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the word "interview,".
