AN ACT TO AMEND THE RETIREMENT FUND ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and the Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1 Short Title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Retirement Fund (Amendment) Act 2011.
(2) The Retirement Fund Act 1998, as amended, shall be referred to in this Act as the Principal Act.

2 Section 7(3) – Repealed

Section 7(3) of the Principal Act is hereby repealed.
