AN ACT

TO REPEAL THE TERRITORIAL SEA AND EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE ACT

BE IT ENACTED by the King and Legislative Assembly of Tonga in the Legislature of the Kingdom as follows:

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone (Repeal) Act 2009.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the same day as the Maritime Zones Act 2009.

2. The Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone 1978, is hereby repealed.
