To provide for application forms relating to citizenship by naturalization and matters connected therewith.

The forms contained in Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Schedule to this Order shall be the application forms for the purposes of sections 12, 10, 18(2), and 19(1) of the Citizenship Act, Cap. 112.
