Order 22 of 2004

1. Privileges and immunities
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act [Cap. 143] and the legal capacities of a body corporate.

2. Officials of UNICEF
An expatriate officer of UNICEF has the privileges and immunities set out in Schedule 3 and 4 of the Act.
