INTERNATIONAL BANKING (FEES) REGULATIONS

Order 2 of 2003

To provide for the fee payable by an applicant for a licence to carry on International Banking business and the annual fee payable by a licensee.

Interpretation
“Act” means the International Banking Act [Cap. 280].

2. Prescribed application fee
The prescribed application fee for a licence to carry on International Banking business under section 6(2)(b)(iii) of the Act is US$ 8,000.00.

3. Prescribed annual licence fee
The prescribed annual licence fee under section 10(5) of the Act is US$ 8,000.00.
