LOTTERIES (PERMIT TO PROMOTE TRADE FORM)
Order 27 of 1997
To prescribe the form of a permit to conduct lotteries to promote trade and fee required by Part 4 of the Lotteries Act [CAP. 205].
1. Fee
An application for a permit to conduct a lottery to promote trade shal be made in writing to the Minister and shall be accompanied
by a fee of VT 5,000.
2. Form of permit
A permit to conduct a lottery to promote trade shall be in the form set out in the Schedule.
3. Conditions
(1) The Minister may impose conditions either generally or in respect of any particular matter relating to the conduct of a lottery
to promote trade.
Such conditions may be set out on the permit or on a separate paper.
(3) Where such conditions are set out on a separate paper, such paper shall be attached to and form part of the permit.
