NURSES (FEES)

Order 12 of 2004

1. Fees for the purpose of section 17(2)(b)
For the purpose of section 17(2)(b), the prescribed fee is:

(a) for a registered general nurse – VT 1,500; and

(b) for a registered midwife – VT 2000; and

(c) for a registered nurse practitioner – VT 2000.

2. Annual fees
For the purposes of section 20(2), the prescribed annual fee is:

(a) for a registered general nurse – VT 1,500; and

(b) for a registered midwife – VT 2000; and

(c) for a registered nurse practitioner – VT 2000.
