For the purpose of the election of members to Parliament, Vanuatu is to be divided into 17 constituencies, the names and boundaries of which are set out in the Schedule.

Parliament is to consist of 52 members and the seats for those members are to be distributed among the constituencies in accordance with and in the manner set out in the Schedule.
