AGREEMENT ON STRENGTHENING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NIUE TREATY ON COOPERATION IN FISHERIES SURVEILLANCE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE SOUTH PACIFIC REGION (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 2 OF 2014

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Agreement on Strengthening Implementation of the Niue Treaty on Cooperation in Fisheries Surveillance and Law Enforcement in the South Pacific Region.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Agreement on Strengthening Implementation of the Niue Treaty on Cooperation in Fisheries Surveillance and Law Enforcement in the South Pacific Region is ratified.

A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
