CONCESSIONAL LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF VANUATU AND THE EXPORT-IMPORT BANK OF CHINA FOR THE VANUATU ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 26 OF 2014

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Concessional Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Export-Import Bank of China for the funding of the Vanuatu Road Rehabilitation Project.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification
The Concessional Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Export-Import Bank of China for the funding of the Vanuatu Road Rehabilitation Project is ratified.
A copy of the Agreement is attached.

2 Commencement
This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
