1. The Export Duties Joint Regulation No. 6 of 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") as amended, is further amended by the repeal of Schedule 1 and the substitution of the first Schedule hereto.

2. Schedule II to the Regulation is repealed and the second Schedule to this Act is substituted therefor.

3. Paragraph 6 headed "SCRAP METAL" in Part II of Schedule III of the Regulation is repealed.

Goods and Products Duty	Ad Valorem Duty Rate

(1) Copra	8%
(2) Cocoa	7%
(3) Fish, chilled or frozen	FREE
(4) Meat, chilled or frozen	2%
(5) Meat canned	3%
(6) Shells unworked	15%
(7) Sandalwood	12%
(8) Shark fins	10%
(9) Wood in the rough, whether or not stripped of bark or sapwood, or roughly squared	15%
(10) Wood sawn or chipped lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planed, sanded or finger jointed, of a thickness exceeding 20 mm	10%
(11) Wood sawn or chipped lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planned, sanded or finger jointed, of a thickness exceeding 6 mm but not exceeding 200 mm	5%
(12) Veneer sheets and sheets for plywood(whether or not spliced) and other wood sawn lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planed, sanded or finger jointed, of a thickness not exceeding 6 mm	3%
(13) Miscellaneous products not elsewhere specified	5%
