An Act to provide for the ratification of the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to organise Convention, 1948.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to organise Convention, 1948 is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
