SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT (2011)
No. 6 Of 2011
An Act to provide for the appropriation of additional funds for the services of the State for the year 2011, and for related purposes.
Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-
1 Appropriation of amounts under section 34 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244]
The additional amount of VT419,769,045 issued from the Public Fund under section 34 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244] for the year 2011 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 1.
2 Standing Appropriation of amounts under section 34C of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244]
The additional amount of VT129,161,120 issued from the Public Fund under section 34 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act [CAP 244] for the year 2011 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 2.
3 Appropriation of additional program in 2011 under subsection 34(3)
An additional program in 2011 is appropriated as set out in Schedule 3.
This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
